How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at help@ethereldress.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions. Please note that as an international online retailer, we do not provide pre‑paid return labels. You will be responsible for arranging the return shipment to our designated returns warehouse.
Unauthorized returns (items sent back without prior approval) will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
