Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
All international orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP). This means:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product or shipping price displayed at checkout.
- These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery or prior to release.
- We are unable to predict or control these fees, as they are determined by your country’s customs regulations and vary by location, order value, and product type.
- EtherelDress is not liable for any delays, costs, or refusal of delivery caused by customs processing or the non-payment of import duties and taxes.
By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with all import laws and regulations of your country of residence and accept full responsibility for any related fees.
4. Order Tracking & Delivery
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions to monitor your delivery status.
- If tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
